“It was easy to order on the website, the delivery was on the specified date and within a one hour time slot. The Lemon Drizzle cake was beautifully wrapped and once opened you could smell the lemons. The cake was moist and delicious. Thank you”

“Alice & Jess were just amazing - from the point of my first contact to place the original order to the sorting of the failure of the courier company to deliver on the expected day. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism & understanding in dealing with the resulting situation. Their customer service was outstanding - offering free of charge to send a replacement order direct to my mother, one of the original recipients of my Meg Rivers order. The replacement order arrived on time. My mother was on end of life care at a nursing home & has since sadly passed away. Chocoate cake was her favourite & I shall certainly be ordering more Meg Rivers' chocolate cakes in memory of Mum Xx”

“I’m in New Zealand and I ordered the rich English fruit cake for a relation convalescing at home - she was delighted to receive it and said it was delicious.
