“Been asked to write a review but haven’t yet received the items….. my account has been debited…. I’ve emailed but no reply. Where’s my order?”

“Probably the worst internet shopping experience I have even had. I never received an email or any acknowledgement that the order had been received so the next day I forwarded the PayPal receipt to them to ask if they had the order. Later that day I called them to check and was told that yes they had it. On the Thursday after hearing nothing about delivery I called again to be told that the order could not be found. A helpful man informed me that they had had a network glitch and that he would track it down for me and that he would get the blanket sent out once payment had been confirmed as being received. On the following Monday after still not hearing anything I called back again to be told that it was being sent that day. It arrived on the Tuesday. Blanket is ok, but I will never use this company again.”

“At least previous reviewers managed to place an order!!! Website doesn't accept orders at checkout, no one answers the phone if you try to ring and live chat is ignored. Don't waste your time!!”

“Poor quality '400 threadcount' sheet returned as thin and see-through (clearly not 400 thread count). Not only did I pay the return postage cost but they charged me an additional £6.95 to cover the original delivery which was supposed to be 'free'! I'm disgusted. No where on their website does it say that if you return an item we will make you pay for the 'free' delivery. Customer service is rude and unhelpful.”
