Probably the worst internet shopping experience I have even had. I never received an email or any acknowledgement that the order had been received so the next day I forwarded the PayPal receipt to them to ask if they had the order. Later that day I called them to check and was told that yes they had it. On the Thursday after hearing nothing about delivery I called again to be told that the order could not be found. A helpful man informed me that they had had a network glitch and that he would track it down for me and that he would get the blanket sent out once payment had been confirmed as being received. On the following Monday after still not hearing anything I called back again to be told that it was being sent that day. It arrived on the Tuesday. Blanket is ok, but I will never use this company again.
