“Ordered an A2 poster photo of somewhere which is very special to me. Poster arrived very quickly and was of very good quality, despite being so large. Order process was easy, and I was kept informed of the progress of the order. An excellent service.”

“I am sorry to have to say that I was disappointed. I had ordered a larger frame as I had assumed that it would then include a larger picture. In fact it only had a small picture in a large frame.”

I am sorry to read that the framed print fell short of expectations but we do our best to provide lots of information for customers, which includes dimesions for the print size in the frame (see info tab). “Ordered 2 prints. First was Queen Victoria with her dachshund Waldie under her desk. Second was a colourized print of two smooth coated dachshunds standing side by side. I added a small border to each. My visa was charged $55.29 and I have never received anything. No answer when I call the number provided. I wanted to order more prints but of course will not do business here again. Such a shame people cannot be trusted, so tired of being ripped off”

I can confirm we have received your order, however it's possible the confirmation email found it's way to your junk or spam email folder so please do check there. Added to this, recently our USA production moved to a new location. Unfortunately this has caused some print dispatch delays. Our team are working as quickly as possible to dispatch all orders. “I could not make a repeat order as I had forgotten my password. The website did not reply to reset my password. I had to order using husband’s email address as they put a x by my email address. The cards I ordered did not have the typed message inside that I requested. I could not make a third order so went to National Portrait Gallery website.”
