“Ordered 2 prints. First was Queen Victoria with her dachshund Waldie under her desk. Second was a colourized print of two smooth coated dachshunds standing side by side. I added a small border to each. My visa was charged $55.29 and I have never received anything. No answer when I call the number provided. I wanted to order more prints but of course will not do business here again. Such a shame people cannot be trusted, so tired of being ripped off”

Sorry to read our service has fallen short of expectations. I can confirm we have received your order, however it's possible the confirmation email found it's way to your junk or spam email folder so please do check there. Added to this, recently our USA production moved to a new location. Unfortunately this has caused some print dispatch delays. Our team are working as quickly as possible to dispatch all orders. “I could not make a repeat order as I had forgotten my password. The website did not reply to reset my password. I had to order using husband’s email address as they put a x by my email address. The cards I ordered did not have the typed message inside that I requested. I could not make a third order so went to National Portrait Gallery website.”

We offer products that support a good quality resolution based on the width and height of the product and the digital image and we also recommend that larger prints, such as posters, should be viewed at a normal viewing distance. I am sorry to read that the poster fell short of expectations but hope this explanation helps. All our posters are professionally produced and are an accurate representation of the original artwork, matching the preview shown on our website, reflecting the age and quality of the artwork we have on file and in this instance the origianl image is dated 1931. Oops, you may not have noticed that each time a different product is selected, the product illustration changes too. This is to show how they will look when printed. In addition to that, you can find more specifications in the info tab, which is located towards the bottom of each product page. We do hope this explanation helps.
