Deliveries to Lithuania do take a little longer but we do advise customers of this at the time of ordering. Great to know that you enjoyed browsing our collection and that the order arrived safely :)

“One picture was fine, one was very poor quality, grainy with lines through it. Granted, they were reprints of 1920s photos but the quality did not look as poor on the small picture on their website.”

Sorry to read that you weren't happy with one item. As you quite rightly say this image is very old so may show its age in different ways and it's been provided as is to preserve and show the artistic character and authenticity. “We were kept very well informed and picture arrived very quickly. It is very nice and also nicely framed. It may be me but I could have done with a little sheet entitled 'How to hang' :).”

“I am very impressed with Media Storehouse's customer service. I ordered a framed print from them as a gift for a departing colleague, but soon realised that it would be delivered too late for me to present it. I phoned the sales team who said that they'd do what they could to ensure that the gift arrived on time. To my relief, the print arrived on the day that was originally listed as the shipping date! I'm hugely grateful for the service that Media Storehouse provided.”

“Item ordered on 16th of December as a Christmas gift prior to last delivery date and paid £10 delivery charge. Now 28th of December and still no package. Contacted customer service yesterday to be told that they would chase up the tracking and let me know asap, now anther day has passed and still nothing and no response to telephone calls.”

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and the delay experienced with the tracking confirmation which was a result of the Christmas holiday break in our production :( However we are pleased to know that it arrived safely and that you were happy with our product and also satisfied that we refunded the delivery charge too :) Thank you for your feedback.

“I cannot sing the praises of media storehouse enough. The prints were magnificent. I was so excited to find that media storehouse had thousands of Ancient Greek prints available. The customer service has been excellent. I ordered on the 11th of December from England. I am in Australia. The prints arrived on the 18th and 19th of December with a courier who rang me to check that everything was ok. The communication is also excellent. I received notification of what was happening every step of the way. I received an email on the 16th of December to say that the order has been fulfilled and the prints arrived 2 days later. I will definitely sing the praises of media storehouse to all my friends and next time I want some artwork I will order from mediastorehouse. I have my eye on some astronomy prints for my bedroom. Maybe next year.”

“I bought the glass mounted picture of the kitten amongst bluebells as a Christmas gift for my sister. I was delighted with the service which is very prompt and efficient.
