“Order was taken quickly and arrived in a few days. As it is a Christmas present it has not been opened so I assume that it is ok”

“Whilst the website is well laid out, their aftersales service was non-existent. I purchased an item on the website, but never received any correspondence to confirm acceptance. When I tried 4 times to contact Media Storehouse my emails bounced back could not find any telephone contacts. The item arrived but with no notification.”

I've checked our system and can see that, as per our usual process, an order confirmation and dispatch email was sent to the email address provided with the order, however it is possible they found their way to your junk or spam folders.
