Our packaging is standardised and we do our very best to securely pack products so that they arrive safely and this does happen generally but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. If you could send a photo(s), including any damaged packaging (a camera phone is ideal for this), to sales@mediastorehouse.com showing the issue we will be able report the damage to our carrier and arrange a replacement for you. Thanks for you feedback.

“Loved the 2 photographs. I asked for one to be made into a jigsaw puzzle, which was great fun to complete. The old photos were of my father and grandfather with their steam traction engines at English steam fairs.”
