My purchase of 'Balloon View of Liverpool 1885' which cost of £45 is a very poor reprint of this iconic picture. The print is quite dark and definition of parts of the print are very poor. On line via a laptop this looked the view of this item was acceptable but there is no doubt that the print settings and quality controls are not to an acceptable standard. I will be seeking a refund for this item.

I purchased a picture of Supermarine Spitfire 2 / II. The image displayed on the web site shows the plane with propeller and tail. When i received the framed version the propeller and tail and hidden behind the matt. This now detracts from the overall image and hardly makes it recognisable. I do not understand how a professional company would think to cut of image details.

All our prints are an accurate representation of the original artwork as published, and we only offer products that support a good quality resolution based on the width and height of the print and hi-res image. The Frame is too thick for the print. I dye measure before order and the black is stark. The frame is a little shoddy as well

On checking I can see that your order was received on 26th August and shipped the following day by standard mail which is not tracked.  Generally orders take 2-5  business days to arrive. Royal Mail are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the COVID-19 pandemic but there are some delays due to social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in volumes so this may be the reason for the unexpected delay. We are sorry that this took longer than expected to arrive nevertheless we are glad that you were pleased with our product. Thank you for posting Veronica.

This is a poster taken from an original ad dated 1921 and is a representation of the original artwork printed as is to preserve and show the artistic character and authenticity. I bought the Babe Ruth 1000 piece for my husband. It is an impossible puzzle to do. All the pieces look alike. We are avid puzzlers and this is really one of the worst puzzles we have tackled. Save your money and buy the poster. Karen

The size of the printing that I order can with 2 white lines on the side, which looks horrible on the frame that I order based on the size.

All our prints are custom made and in instances where the image files are a different shape to the chosen product (in this instance 10x8 print) we can either print all the image or print on all the product but we cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer  with margins or add crop layout options as well as add margin, filter and captions. I am sorry the selected layout selected did not suit the frame purchased separately but we do our very best to provide lots of detailed information and product views for customers. Your order has been printed as selected with the difference in the image layout clearly shown on the choose your product page and confirmed again with the order preview images on the your basket page, where customers are given the opportunity to adjust the image on the paper. Framed picture arrived at destination address but I understand it was scratched and, when I viewed a photo sent to me the surround didn’t seem perfectly smooth across the top, i.e. it came away from the picture to show a detachment shadow. I understand the recipient(s) are contacting you about these problems. It was a gift to celebrate 10 long years of study whilst holding down a full time position elsewhere.

It is disappointing to read that the our service did not meet your expectations.  We do our very best to provide lots of details and illustrations about products to help our customers. As a rule titles and descriptions are not included on prints, however we do provide customers with the option to add those, or create their own personal captions, to some products. The order and delivery system was very good. The puzzle itself was poor. Good image, (I bought it for the image) but the puzzle pieces were of poor quality. It was impossible to tell which pieces actually fit together which made assembling the challenging sections of the puzzle impossible. A puzzle with thicker backing, a cleanly cut border, and pieces that made good connections would have been worth the $40. I spent. This puzzle was not.

This took almost five weeks to be delivered. I was told it would arrive before Dec. 24. It arrived on Jan 5th. So much for being a Christmas present.

Usually puzzles to the USA take approx. 7-10 business days to arrive but some delays are being experienced in the USA due to limited flights & government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Also sometimes parcels may need to clear customs checks which are normally quick however, in some cases, packages are detained for additional checks. Unfortunately these events are wholly outside of our control & we are sorry this took longer than expected to arrive but do understand longer delivery times can be frustrating. Thank you for posting.

Our print arrived promptly but the image scan wasn't great - you can see bits of fluff on the background which could at least have been photoshopped out before releasing the print.

The quality of the prints was not as good as we expected - it would appear that the pixelation of the originals was not of a sufficiently high quality for the size of the print & the borders were excessively large - I would have had without borders if I'd realised

I can see that you ordered 3 prints, only 1 of which was cropped (with margins) To explain, In instances where image files are a slightly different shape to the chosen print size we can either print all the image or print on all the paper but we cannot do both at the same time.  To manage the difference we offer 2 print options (with margins or cropped). We also provide previews on the your basket page, where customers are again given the opportunity to adjust the image on the paper before completing the order. Additionally we only offer products that support a good quality resolution based on the width and height of the print and the digital image and these prints should be viewed at a normal viewing distance.   I hope the above explanation helps however if you should wish to return the prints, please contact us directly for return instructions via sales@mediastorehouse.com.
