My purchase of 'Balloon View of Liverpool 1885' which cost of £45 is a very poor reprint of this iconic picture. The print is quite dark and definition of parts of the print are very poor.
On line via a laptop this looked the view of this item was acceptable but there is no doubt that the print settings and quality controls are not to an acceptable standard.
I will be seeking a refund for this item.
