We're disappointed to read this review, especially our 1000 piece puzzles are very popular with customers. All our puzzles are made to order by experts on modern high quality machines. “order process took too long. frame didnt match the mount on all sides. nicely done though.”

Unfortunately we're unable to check the order details as this review is anonymous but we thought it important to say that all our products are made-to-order by specialists so we do need time for production and shipping. “Excellent service. The only thing I did wrong was add an edge for framing with sepia tone which actually meant the white lines down the sides were too long. My fault for rushing the order through on a phone. However, the actual print, price and overall service was excellent.”

“Thrilled with my framed print! The frame itself is real quality and it was well packaged to fully protect it. I have recently ordered a couple of framed prints from other companies but none are the quality or show the care that Media Storehouse provide. Excellent in all aspects!”
