“We bought a print from Media Storehouse that we saw on the wall in a coffee shop, just outside of the Rock Of Cashel. Searched for sometime trying to find this poster, to no avail. I was pleasantly surprised as I was doing a final scouring of what might be online, to see this exact image available for purchase from this vendor. The print was beautifully rendered, and much prettier than the (old) poster we initially saw. The price was reasonable, and the shipping was fast. Thank you.”

“Everything is good but I would have given you very good if the processing time was faster. I also buy posters from Zazzle which is in the usa and I pay for fast shipping. I get it within 5 days of making my paymet and it comes from the usa to Australia in that time frame. Your process is slower and it takes longer to receive my goods from you, I get it much quicker from zazzle who are in the usa but mediastorehouse takes longer, I thought you would be quicker considering that its made here in Australia. Other than that its all good. Good product.”

We're not familiar with Zazzle, or their products, but can confirm that all posters for Australian customers are made-to-order by specialists in our professional photographic lab so we do need production time. Orders ship via standard courier however we will certainly investigate providing customers with the option to select express delivery in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

“Fast despatch, but I have been misled in respect of the Ian Botham print which is clearly NOT 30 x 20 and therefore does not work in my frames. This is very disappointing.”

Thanks for your feedback. The print has been supplied on the correct paper size. Where applicable for some images we do offer print layout options (cropped or with margins) and the Ian Botham print has been printed in the layout selected i.e. with margins. The difference in the image layout is clearly shown on the choose your product page and confirmed again with the order preview images and order detail email sent once the order is confirmed. We are sorry that you missed this information meaning that the print did not fit in the frame purchased from another supplier.
