“I purchased a photograph of a distant relative. It was a simple process and there was a number of options available regarding sizes etc. I thought the prices to be reasonable. The quality of the image was very good and came in very secure packaging. I will buy again.”

“I had an excellent experience with Media Storehouse. The thorough information on the site led me to make the right choice & as a result the print I purchased was just the ticket. I paid extra for premium framing & I'm glad I did as the picture is beautifully framed, double mounted & looks expensive but was nice & light to hang thanks to the lighter weight acrylic, which will apparently protect it from sunlight & UV rays unlike the heavily & more easily damaged glass. It looks a treat in its chosen spot.”

All our prints are custom made and in instances where the image files are a different shape to the chosen product (in this instance 10x8 print) we can either print all the image or print on all the product but we cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer with margins or add crop layout options as well as add margin, filter and captions. I am sorry the selected layout selected did not suit the frame purchased separately but we do our very best to provide lots of detailed information and product views for customers. Your order has been printed as selected with the difference in the image layout clearly shown on the choose your product page and confirmed again with the order preview images on the your basket page, where customers are given the opportunity to adjust the image on the paper. I hope this explanation helps. Thank you for your feedback.
