“Orders a Birthday card of James Dean for a friend who is a huge fan. Card came with a picture that had been poorly stretched to fit dimensions of the card. As a consequence the figures in the photograph were completely distorted. Had to purchase another card from the shops instead. Poor quality product, don't waste your money on it.”

For selected images we offer customers 2 print options. On checking the order we can see that option 2 below was selected, so the card was printed adjusted as selected: 1) With margins: Print the entire image, with any difference left as blank space which may result in a pair of white margins 2) With cropping: Yellow cropping icon under the image allows customers to adjust the cropping. The difference in the image layout is clearly shown on the 'choose your product' page and we also give customers the opportunity to edit the layout prior to checkout. We are sorry that you missed this but do thank you for your feedback Graeme.
