“I purchased some genuine cialis from medexpress and I believe it is fake . I've bought this item from other places and it works perfectly. the item I received from medexpress doesn't work at all. Its fake 100%, I paid top price for a genuine item and I got rubbish. I will not be purchasing from them again and strongly advise that nobody else does.”
