“Disgraceful that Med Express send survey request to me on my family email account with no option not to receive”

“Intrusive and triggering ....AVOID ! Search Mourjano on Google and this pharmacy are paying to come 'Top' of the search results with an alluring price but honestly DO NOT waste your time, they will not prescribe it to you! I placed an order for mourjano which I expected it to be shipped the following day. Instead I was faced with 2 days of questioning and my order was rejected ! I've ordered from another other online pharmacy the same medication and answered a short questionnaire and received a few days later with no issues. I've never known anything like it. I consented to my GP receiving details of my order and why I would want to pay £200 a month for this medication to loose weight unless I am literally OBESE is beyond me....but they want you to send them a picture of yourself in TIGHT clothing, asked me my weight in the questionnaire (standard) but then a further two times in two seperate emails, proof of weight, proof of previous prescriptions and a million other questions ! I hate even thinking never mind discussing my weight like this and found the whole process extremely triggering and to think that they have all this information on file about me now without prescribing me the medication is just awful.”

“BEWARE OF FRAUD I made a 1 off purchase from this company only to find out they had signed me up to a 8 week subscription. They did not notify me of this next transaction until it had been completed and funds removed from my account. The so called customer services just seem to shrug their shoulders and say tough . Avoid thess guys and get your meds elsewhere. If this stops just one person dealing with this cowboy company then I will feel a sense of joy”
