“Alli 60mg beware Item is FAKE , I wish I could get a full refund. I thought the price was too good to be true at the time I took a chance. Having taken these on and off for years I know the oily stool side effects very well with this nothing I tried 3 capsules with a fatty curry and nothing at all unless you have taken this before everything seems seems perfect even the look of what's in the capsule etc but it's clearly fake and I would like a refund if this is a genuine company what I doubt now. I will wait to hear what they say...”

“Sent off blood for covid antibody test. Got invalid result. Told the sample was unlabelled. This just wasn’t true. Labelled with great care, using permanent marker. Checked and treble checked. Not offered refund, no explanation other than above, requested I purchase again at modest discount. I’m afraid that this might just be a scam, so please beware”

“Got this texted to me: DAVID WALKER 63a01557 Test date: 2020-12-17 COVID-19 Antibody Negative Negative. Funny thing is they did not receive my test kit that was tracked by Royal Mail till 2020-12-18. So they did not test my blood, just took the £52.90!!!!!!!!! Terrible Online Company”

“Sent me the wrong formulation. The error was not their fault, because it is due to a labeling problem with the manufacturer Glenmark: they incorrectly label one formulation of rizatriptan as different formulation. What is MedExpress's fault is that I emailed them about this and they just ignored my email. You would think that a pharmacy would be concerned about an email reporting that they have sent the wrong medicine to a customer. But MedExpress can't even be bothered to reply to the email, let alone try to fix the problem. The company doesn't deserve patients' trust.”
