“Absolute scam of a company twice I had issuse with weight loss pen they stole 70 pounds from me that was credited back to me due to a pen not working the second pen I got 141 pound back but they kept the other 70 even though it was money owed back to me stay well clear customer support is none existent poor communication they steal Ur money believe me when I say stay well clear I been a customer for 6 months these are a joke of a company.”

“Disappointed. I had a faulty pen. I only used one dose and it jammed. I was asked to shoot a video showing the fault. Which I did. I was then told that I needed to do another video. I was then sent a “friendly reminder” their words to send the 2nd video. I was then contacted be told that they have credited my account against further products to be ordered. I just would like my money back. Still waiting for a reply”
