“Recently I bought online a concertina from McNeela music. The concertina arrived within an acceptable time frame, very well packaged and in good condition. AS to the concertina, I have found it difficult to play because the bellows are so stiff i cannot manage to push hard enough to get a true note, Most often these are the low notes D,C and E. Any ideas ?Margaret Sharpe”

“Hello - I bought a new Swan a few months back. One key does not work. Also, the edges of the medal plate are too sharp. I rounded them off with a file but you might want to think about doing it as part of your manufacturing process. Otherwise all good - thx”

“I ordered a blackwood flute which had some tiny cracks after a bit of playing. To get a replacement was no proplem at all. With the replacement flute unfortunately I still wasn't satisfied cause it was not straight and the tuning slide almost useless cause the basic tune was very very flat. Refuning of the flute was no problem at all again but I was hoping for getting a proper flute which might have been checked personally before shipping.”
