“I ordered my daughter a flute for her Christmas present. When I got it out of my mailbox it was broken. I emailed McNeela and had a response within the hour. They immediately got another one in the mail at no charge, and I didn't have the hassle of dealing with the postal service. Great service, great flute. John Texas”

“The melodeon case is exactly what I needed. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality is great. My only complaint has to do with how long the case sat with US Customs (well over 2 weeks) before it was finally delivered on this side, but that is no one's fault but US Customs. Would certainly order from you again.”

“The nice clean white skin came in perfect shape. It is going to beat all to heck the deer hide I have been working on! Thanks. Now, I just need to get the fat rubber bands to finish this. They are easily found in ceramic molding, so I am not worried about getting this put together. Thanks!”
