“I purchased a Cygnet flute which happened to have a crack which I noticed after a week. When contacted McNeela Music support, I was immediately offered to exchange the flute for a new one with reimbursement for delivery. I'm in the sales industry myself and as a fellow in trade, I can say that the customer service in this store is a rare thing.”
