I input my details, the quotes came back, I accepted onefrom a company called Onecall, entered my payment details and 3 hours later I was just getting on the bike and I received an email stating that they were declining the insurance Without giving a reason so I couldn't go out.on my ride.

To who it may concern.I ask for a quote from you.you gave me some quotes which I was very thankful.when I chose one that I felt was a good deal I phoned the number that you gave.to my disappointment it was not you that I was dealing with.I needed insurance at that time so I had to pay an extra 70 pounds to a broker.even after I had taken out a policy you kept asking to take out a policy with you.even now I don’t know what is going on when you give a quote with a number to call and then ask if I would like to take out a policy with you.I hope you read this.again thank you for your help but I don’t think you have got your compare site quit right.

Andy , thanks for your e mail , it would be nice to speak to someone that could understand me and in return i understand. It's a shame they know nothing about motorbikes or the people that ride them £72 to make changes of any kind to my policy and bordering on rude with their answers to any inquiry other than that's it. your old staff cared about bikes and wanted to help, now it just takes it or go someone else your prices are good but worry if I ever needed to make a claim or something that i need help with as I've been riding for over 34years i didn't expect this at my age... mark savage

As a new customer, I’m not impressed. So far I have had to provide proof of no claims and dvla search and for the priveledge I was charged £35 for administrative costs when I did all the administrative work. Needless to say I’ll taking my business elsewhere at the end of the year. I should have listened to the reviews but I wrongly thought a bike policy by a bike publication would be the way to go. As ever it’s all about the profit.

Not impressed asked for a Certificatte of insurance to be sent to me I was told it would take 48 hours still not recieved it. I can't find it on any of the documents you sent me by email, I need a copy so I can produce it if asked by authoritys.

Quote obtained from "FLOW" but its website couldnt load to complete the payment so went elsewhere

Used many times before, always been good. Over the phone this time seems like I was dealing with Adrian flux insurance. Was sold a policy without much choice by someone who couldn’t care les. Overall not very satisfied with my experience . Shame, will look elsewhere in future.

Insured my R1 for the first time through MCN compare site and received a good price but the following year they were £40 dearer than previous year. Went direct to Carol Nash and got a good price.

I got a policy from RCIB which turned out to be a scam. Once they had my money it was impossible to contact them either online or by phone, the customer portal was down and I was left on hold for over half an hour when I eventually go through on the phone, then put on hold again for another 40 minutes, I got nowhere. MCN need to be careful who they recommend.

On numerous occasions I've updated my status file only to find when I buy insurance the information does not transfer to them. This is really annoying as they chase me for updates. My Christian name is still showing (Dtsn)

Site wasn't as easy to use as other comparison sites. I got a better price offered at other comparison site for equal and better coverage.

I used their insurance comparison site and found that thte prices were the same as others but the extra's were missing

Having used the comparison and elected for mce insurance I remain unsure whether I am effectively covered, as I have paid but been unable to register, open any documents or communicate with them. I would not use them or this portal again.

Although I'm not sure whose fault it was, when Kawasaki insurance contacted me they tried increasing my price because I have an exhaust. Unfortunately MCN doesn't ask about modifications and I had to argue it out with them.
