“Not happy up to now as I paid for next day delivery and 3 days liater I'm still waiting for my purchase. £50.00 for delivery is very expensive and I would appreciate some sort of compensation. Regards Alan.”

“Ordered some wood dye with next day delivery. Nothing for 6 days so contacted Maxwells who informed me they were out of stock And discontinued. Plenty of emails to me asking about their service so thought i would share my dissapointment in the fact that they did not contact to let me know. They had my email and mobile number. Shame as i needed the dye to complete work. Communication poor”

“Ordered for next day delivery but order did not turn up. No reply to email asking what was happening. When I rang after 3 days they said they were out of stock and it would be another 6 days. Very poor customer service - if they could not fulfil next day delivery they should have notified us immediately and it is just common courtesy to reply to an email”
