“Ordered Cuprinol Decking Oil on a Friday and paid for next day delivery, wanted to stain decking over the weekend. Didn't arrive on Saturday so contacted customer services who told me to refuse delivery from the courier and they would issue a refund. There was someone in all day Monday but the courier just left the can on the doorstep so we didn't get the chance to refuse delivery. Customer Services then told me that I would have to pay for the can to be returned because I had not refused delivery. Not impressed!”

“Even though the order didn't arrive on time when I called the customer service they were very helpful and sorted it out. I then received the item twice but again when I called they dealt with it and apologised. The product itself is exactly what was described happy thank you.”

“The item was apparently lost by the courier. The replacement arrived yesterday but the courier put it in a shed belonging to our neighbour, ie delivered to the wrong address. At least I got it in the end!”

“This is the only place I could find this particular colour (Dulux Totally Cocoa). I came within 2 working days of my order. The price and delivery costs both reasonable.”

“The staff are always polite and helpful, and when on the very rare occasion something happens with the order and it can't be delivered on time, as was this case, I got a phone call apologising and letting me know it would be delivered as soon as possible. So definitely no complaints on that front.”

“Ordered on line easy to do. Delivery was next day and product was better than expected. Would recommend Maxwell's so much easier than going to wood yard and carrying product home in car.”
