“The product I purchased was very competitively priced and gave a delivery date of only 48 hours from placing the order. However the item was late being despatched by Maxwells, this was then compounded by a probelm with the courier. The item ended up arriving 5 days later than expected. I did contact Maxwells DIY and they dealt with the problem very efficiently, chased up the courier and refunded the delivery charge. I would order from them again, but not if i needed the item urgently, as I did in this case.”

“Quick and easy ordering and the goods arrived on time (I got a text saying they'd arrive between 1pm and 2pm). BUT - even though I clearly listed a place hidden away at the rear of my house, which was easily accessible) to leave the parcel, I found it on the front doorstep. I was cross because anyone walking past could have taken it.”
