“I think the Marloe Watch Company itself is exemplary, and the 2 out of the 3 watches I've purchased over the years have hit the mark in terms of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. My most recent purchase, however, missed the mark on the design aspect, and if asked, I would rate the Astro at a 4.0 out of 5.0. I appreciate that much thought and effort goes into every single watch Marloe has released since the company's founding, but, in my opinion, one design choice on the Astro missed the mark. I think the choice of a 20mm lug takes away from an otherwise perfectly proportioned and designed watch, and gives suggests it is larger than it actually is. I would have prefered a 22mm or even a 24mm strap on the top, tapered down, perhaps to a 20mm, at the buckle. A minor quibble, all in all, and perhaps a design necessity in light of manufacturing constraints. Please keep up the great work.”

“A few weeks ago I made an appointment to visit Marloe HQ at Sonning Common near Henley. Oliver kindly produced coffee and demonstrated their range of watches, confirming my original view (from browsing the Marloe website) that the deep blue Coniston Auto - CN7, with the Cognac brown leather strap, was the one. The watch is even more beautiful in real life than it appears on the website, with a real clarity and depth to the design. I chose a registration number from those remaining unsold, and after a few minutes further chat the watch appeared, boxed and bagged and ready to go. After wearing it for a couple of weeks now its visual appeal is undiminished. It is very sturdy and extremely well finished, and its timekeeping is well within specification. Moreover, for such a high-end product it seems to provide remarkably good value for money. So overall, extremely happy with both the watch and the people at Marloe.”

“This is a beautiful watch, a classic in the making. Striking yet understated. Perfect balance of class and function. And I love the pale blue dial. It reminds me It of early spring morning skies. Makes me smile each time I look at it and, like the sky itself, the hue changes depending on how the light falls on it. Beautiful with the italian grey strap. I'm very, very happy with my purchase. “The watch was quickly despatched and delivered. Its small size fits my modest sized wrist quite well. I especially appreciate the fact that Marloe chose an appropriate size for a vintage-inspired watch! The watch is well finished and seems solidly built. The only issue is with packaging. Although the watch came with a nice booklet and a copy of the company's promotion journal, the box is quite large and with today's concern over the environment, I think Marloe should consider a more modest packaging solution.”

“This watch is exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad I found it and even more glad I bought it. The first condition I was looking for was that it was a British brand. The second time, it was created not long ago, so people didn't know much about it. It had to have a young and vibrant design, but with good quality. Still, the price had to be reasonable. It had to be both a casual wear and a dress watch, and it had to sparkle when exposed to sunlight. It had all of these things, and it felt like I had found the person I loved when I saw him for the first time and thought, "Oh, this is the person, I should marry this person." If you are more than 100% satisfied with the watch, people around you will already be talking about how unique and pretty the watch is. The quality was excellent, and especially when exposed to sunlight in the afternoon at dusk, the yellow watch strap glows like a fluorescent color, making it even more special. I don't feel the need to wear an expensive watch these days, but if you are looking for a watch with a certain level of quality at a reasonable price, I recommend this watch.”
