“i ordered the latest shareholder edition, all came in good time as expected, didnt realise, my fault, didnt check, how small the watch was, would probably not have ordered if id checked.”

“The service has been great overall and very satisfied. The watch looks very good as well and as described on the website. The straps could be a bit better but that is also something that is a personal preference. The only reason to deduct a star is because of its High price and cheaper straps.”

“Ordered a Coniston Auto recently alongside a few straps. The watch is well-made (for the price) and with a rather refreshing design. My only critique would be the 41mm case diameter feels a little too big. I think a 39mm or even 40mm would've been perfect for my smaller wrist.”

“Great watch. Good service....love the free patch ..nice touch. Just wish it had been simpler to arrrange delivery. had to go to couriers site to arrange pick up at a delivery point instead of at home. Otherwise brilliant!!”

“Antlantic-Spirit First Edition. Très belle montre et superbe présentation. Il y avait une petite tache sur le mécanisme à l'endos de la montre malheureusement. Ça n'aurais pas dû passé le test qualité de ce qu'on m'a dit alors j'ai retourné la montre pour inspection plus approfondie. Le service client est vraiment bien.”

“Love the watch. Eventually want to put it away for one of the children, but the case is huge. Imagined a smaller, more elegant case that might fit in a safety deposit box. Don’t know what to do with current case. I guess store in the attic but don’t want it separated from the watch. Maybe offer a smaller case for an additional charge. Otherwise, very pleased.”

“Visited Marlow premises near Kinross and not so easy to locate as not signposted. Met Gordon and bought a Pacific watch and a spare strap. A fine looking watch and the movement being visible on the back of the watch is an interesting feature. Now used to winding the watch daily as in the "old" days. So far nothing to complain about.”

“Purchased Milanese strap.Arrived fast. You Tube how to fit looks easy. Had pins flying over the room and took about 40 mins. Then the mystery of how to adjust and fasten the strap.This time You Tube came up trumps.Perhaps with straps pointers to you tube would help!”

“La qualité de présentation du produit dans sa boite est impressionnant. Vous mettez beaucoup de ressource pour cela. Le fait de numéroté vos montres est apprécié. C'est ma première montre mécanique depuis longtemps. Un plaisir à redécouvrir avec un bon mouvement. Je ne suis pas convaicu de la qualité du bracelet reçu (type milanais). Par contre la montre répond à mes attentes de qualité. Merci!”

“Customer service is outstanding being timely, responsive and do exactly as requested. Love the watch…. Although it sits slightly uncomfortable after a while with the crown digging into me. Long and short the team is great and the watch looks fab and feels both robust and of quality.”
