“Old fireplace replaced with super new "Hole in the wall" gas fire with stone slips surround very efficiently. The plastering surrounding the fire made good ready to decorate. Very minimal distrubance. Very pleased with the fire.”

“The Engineer who assessed the job fitted the fire and arranged the sweep. The fire was fitted in on day, the work was carried out in a professional manor. The minor hiccup was delt with the agreed timescales and I was kept informed throughout. I would recommend the fire, fitter and Manor Fireplaces without hesitation.”

“Very good firm to deal with, cannot speak highly enough of them. They arrived at our house at the time stated to give us an estimate & suggestions on what would be suitable for the room & our requirements on the fire surround, the quote appeared when they said it would. They are not the cheapest around but, because of the service we got, we have no regrets in choosing Manor House. Our visits to the shop in Kenilworth were always met with courtesy & helpfulness. The removal of the existing fireplace & installation of the new fireplace went smoothly & we are up & running ( burning ?) with no complaints. Thank you Michael Makris & Co. ( No, we are not being paid by Manor House, just very satisfied customers !)”

“We had a fantastic experience from day one when using Manor House Fireplaces! We visited their showroom in Kenilworth and Michael and the team were fantastic, giving us great advice and allowing us time to go away and think things over. We live in a smoke free zone so received advice on appropriate products to suit our needs. The showroom had a great variety of stoves on display and catalogues to look at too. Once we’d selected our chosen fireplace, hearth and beam we were kept updated of all progress. The team did a fantastic job of installation when the time came. We are really happy with our stove and thoroughly impressed with the customer service, expertise and general helpfulness provided by Manor House Fireplaces. Thank you Michael and team!”

“'Manor House Fireplaces' delivered an informative and professional service from start to finish. They gave up-to-date and accurate advice regarding regulations on fire fitting and helped to guide our purchase to ensure we had the most suitable fire and fireplace for our home. The fitting was carried out by Craig who was professional and efficient, his work is an extremely high standard! All the waste was removed and there was great attention to detail with not only the fire installation but also the wall and skirting surrounding the fireplace. Before the fire installation, we were concerned about the finished look as the new fireplace replaced a larger existing fireplace, however, the skilled fitter has excellent woodwork and plastering skills and we are very pleased with the fire and the area surrounding the fireplace. I would highly recommend Manor House Fireplaces.”

“From my first visit to installation the staff at Manor House Fireplaces could not have been any more helpful. The choice of fireplaces is great, the prices very competitive and the quality excellent. I was kept informed of who and when the initial survey would take place as well as the installation. “Micheal was very helpful when choosing the log burner and was also very helpful when it came to getting the right flue as it wasn’t straight forward on the fitting side of things. Would recommend his expert advice to anyone. Thanks again.”

“Not having gas, and not keen on digging out our fireplace for a woodburner, we were somewhat at sea when it came to choice. Fortunately the salesman was able to point us in the right direction (electric) and knew his subject. We're delighted with the outcome, having now taken delivery of our stove.”

“Visited their place a few days ago. Incredibly unhelpful. If I could have awarded them zero stars I would. We wanted someone to undertake the whole project in line with the content on their website. Unfortunately, the sales dude said ‘We’re too busy’. I don't have the time or knowledge to find a reliable gas engineer or a builder or a flooring fitter or to project manage the whole thing. On their website Manor House state they project manage the whole job. Really? I must have missed something there. Never darken their doors again. Horrific experience. Appalling customer service.”

“We ordered our new gazco fire and surround in May for fitting on 1st September and paid the invoice immediately. However, the new fire has not worked since it was fitted. Manor House Fires have left it to Gazco to sort and we have had terrible service from them too. Engineers have visited but have not fixed the fire. The last attempt was 23 Dec where we were told they would fix it for Xmas. The engineer (who wore no mask when coming into the house) said it had better work as he had replaced all the parts they could. Manor House fires did not contact us to check the engineer had come and simply said will contact you in new year. Christmas Day the fire did not work again.. We will have no fire now over the holiday period having been without it for nearly 5 months already. Terrible service and still no way forward. Would certainly not recommend.”

“Michael, Elena and Craig couldn't have been more helpful, and very patient with my dithering! Before the fire could be fitted, I had extensive building work done to my lounge, and when I was concerned about how the opening in the fire grate had been left, Craig came to my home within hours of my calling into the shop, and reassured me that he could deal with it. An extremely pleasant, friendly and professional organisation. Highly recommended.”
