“Website is reasonable but recipe section could do with improvement, more recipes would be great and better photography would go a long way to improving the look of the site. Delivery to NI wasn't the quickest either but to be fair I'm happy to give the benefit of the doubt in current circumstances of 2020. Like a post office issue as the order was dispatch within 3 days. Wouldn't put me off using again since I can buy a 6 pack and order earlier before the pack runs out next time”

Hello Ciaran, First and foremost, I greatly appreciate your feedback, it is vital to keep us improving. At the moment, our local Royal Mail sorting office are closed on a Wednesday, and only open until 2pm during the week, this is an improvement from previous lockdown conditions. Normally order placed before 4pm are shipped on the same day, but in the case of your order received on Tuesday, it could only be dispatched on Thursday. I can see it arrived on the following Wednesday, 1-2 days longer than I would have hoped from Royal Mail. Many customer comment on our quick delivery, but given the above, this isn't the case with orders placed on Tuesdays!!. As a result of your feedback and until Royal opens again, we will be upgrading the delivery option to express on all order received on Tuesday that could not be sent out the same day. As for the website and photography, we are very close to launching our new website, with new photos, designed by professionals, rather than my husband in his spare time when we started 24 months or so ago. So we are on the same page as you on this point. I've also been cooking new recipes and also videos over the summer, to add to the ones we have. So I'm excited about this next stage. So please take a look in a few weeks, and if you do place another order, let us know how quickly (or slowly) you got it. I hope when you see the improvements, you will allow me to ask for your review to be updated. Thank you again Ciaran Jum
