Hi. Could I cook the massaman curry in a slow cooker

Hello, you can absolutely use a pressure or slow cooker when making massaman, I do so also for stewing beef, or lamb shank, but make sure you add enough water, you can reduce later when you add the potatoes to finish the cook. Jum

Hi Jackie, the spice level of our curries are rated out of 5, with 1 being mild and 5 being very hot. 1/5 Massaman 2/5 Panang and Green (although green is a little spicier than panang) 3/5 Red and Yellow (Yellow is a little spicer than red) 5/5 Jungle I hope this helps!
