Hi Peter, We're really sorry you are yet to receive your order, I have checked the tracking and it says there's be no attempt for delivery, this usually means that the courier has lost the parcel. We are very good at dispatching orders on time but with the ongoing and disruptive Royal Mail strikes over the last couple months, we have seen more customers calling or emailing us about their late or missing orders. I hoped you would have done the same to allow us the chance to send a replacement out. “I ordered a pack of 3, but only received 1. I tried to contact by email and phone and got no response. Awful service when something goes wrong. Will not be ordering from them again as have had no contact.”
