“Didn’t receive my package, didn’t help in any way and kept saying the package was left outside which is allowed. I was home all day waiting for multiple packages, I got the other ones and this was never delivered to my house. Shipping information didn’t even tell me what courier delivered it and when the agent sent the information it did not have my address on it. I feel ripped off and will never do business with this company again.”

Thank you for your review and feedback Julie. After review of the tracking with our courier it was deemed a successful delivery by UPS to the address provided. Over in the US they have permission to leave goods in this manner as part of their standard procedure and I can only express my apologies for any trouble caused as a result. “Sample size could of done with being bigger however it was the same as most but we recieved a lucie anabel sample which was much larger and helped us to make a decision easier and we could invision the room using the larger sample”
