Thank you for your review! I am very sorry for any trouble the price may have caused. We are always looking to expand our range of international services and make prices more affordable were possible. “Great products, and the customer service is good as you get a person replying directly to you by email. However I only gave four stars because I placed an order for next day delivery and paid for it, as the website allowed me to. But was later told that because I started checkout before the cut off (around 1355), and finalised after (1406) (cut off is 2pm) I didn’t get next day delivery (which I had paid for as the website allowed it). Surely the cut off time should be in built to the website checkout so you can’t begin a next day order, or in fact it shouldn’t allow the final checkout/payment to proceed past the time with that next day delivery selection. Or honour the order as it was placed within minutes.Suffice to say I received it 2days after placing the order. but was not refunded for next day delivery.”

Thank you so much for your review and for sharing your feedback on this. As the cut off time is limited directly to the services shown the issue would be in the time taken crossing over to this. The service would only change if the page is refreshed, sadly when proceeding just a little bit too late this does not automatically update. I will pass this on to see if we can have anything setup to show this when close to the cut off.
