“The parcel didn’t arrive. I phoned dpd and they delivered to an address in exeter. Dpd says the name and address of the parcel with my reference number had a different name and address to mine. Can the samples be resent please?”

“Gorgeous wallpaper which looks lovely in my room. However the decorator said she is surprised that such a quality wallpaper isn’t dark on the reverse side which helps to conceal joins more neatly. I also ordered the paste recommended but the decorater was unable to use it as she said it wasn’t strong enough for the paper. Overall though great service from lust and amazing patterned wallpaper to choose from. Would definitely order again and I love my ‘keep on rolling’ choice.”

All our designs are tried and tested with the adhesive so I can only apologies if they have had difficulty using this to hang the paper, as it otherwise should have gone up fine.
