“Service for supplying the samples was very easy and quick. Paper was nice and thick but the design was poorly cut and pasted and looked a bit cheap”

“My personal contact details were added to orders made by other people meaning I was getting updates from DPD about orders that were not mine and I got no updates about my orders. Not happy with the service. Unordered samples and it not means I don’t want to make an order for the wallpaper I got samples of, due to the issues I experienced- so it was a waste of money to order the samples.”

As advised previously, we can assure you that the personal details could not be seen by a 3rd party and this was only entered due to a technical error into a notification system.
