Very difficult to comment, as we haven't received our order. However, customer services have responded promptly and provided an update. Hopefully the samples will arrive soon, and then a fuller review can be submitted

Great designs & fast shipping, but the wallpaper is paper thin with no structure. Not the quality I had hoped for at the price.

We only purchased two samples, but were a bit disappointed they arrived folded instead of rolled. The big folds/creases are quite distracting and we wanted to use the samples for another purpose, which is now proving difficult. Nice wallpaper print though.

Although the wallpaper was a lovely pattern, I thought it was very thin and really hard to work with. For example, I'd made some marks on the wall in pencil to line up the wallpaper and you can see the pencil through the design. I don't think I would buy again unfortunately 😞

The wallpaper was beautiful. I could have chosen dozens from their range but I have a couple of gripes. Firstly each roll supplied comes with a header and trailer that is just wasteful. Everything about the brand presentation is overly pretentious and adds to the cost. I shall 100% buy again because of the designs but please try to cut your costs

Paper seems good quality from the samples however its disappointing paying postage on top of paying for samples (I only really wanted 1 sample but paying 5 pound for a sample is a lot. There's was an offer on of 3 free samples but still ended up paying more than I would anywhere else I've had samples)

I’ve bought a few wallpaper samples and I have received the same email asking me to review once a week since. I am of course unsubscribing from the mail list but still it should not be like this. Please turn it down with this

Lovely selection of wallpapers and very happy with the design but got a professional in to hang it and they said it was the hardest wallpaper in the history of mankind to hang. Seems wernt seeming.

Your wallpaper is gorgeous! I’ve purchased it before and was super impressed. The samples I ordered were poor quality and I was expecting better. I’ve ordered samples from other companies and was disappointed in the quality of Lust home’s. But the designs are amazing. Some were folded oddly and creases/wrinkles made it harder to evaluate. It might be a certain brand thing because not all of them were like that. Still love your company and will definitely use in the future, but thought you would like to know.

After spending almost £7 on 3 samples plus postage, I was a bit disappointed, to say the least, that the paper I have been coveting for so long (Ogata Kuren/Midnight Blue) was gloss and not Matt 😭 This was a game changer for me and I have had to go back to the drawing board. Might be an idea to have this in the description. Do love your designs though and will more than likely use some of your paper in another project.

Love the pattern and all seemed great but one roll had a huge misprint. Tried to return but had already put paper up and had to tear it off and the returns policy says we have to return the faulty product. Didnt know that until it was already binned. Took photos when it was up on the wall though. Expensive paper to have a fault.
