“Great customer service, nothing too much when ringing in”

“This company will take your money and provide you with multiple different tracking numbers, none of which are real or accurate, and then not help you locate your shipment when you reach out to their customer service. It has been weeks now and I still have no answers and no products and no real shipping or tracking numbers. Would never use this company again.”

As we had been integrating a new system that caused discrepancies with tracking which has since been fully resolved. “Really lovely wallpaper (Groovy Baby). High quality, very easy to apply and easy to cut. Better than other wallpapers I've been working with recently which don't cut cleanly. I ordered 4 rolls but only used 3, so returned one and Lust Home processed the refund with no problems.”
