Their website is well laid out and gives sufficient information about the product, shipping costs and return policy. Vacuum cleaner was brand new, in original packaging, sent via DPD. It was trackable from start to delivery. Delivered in 2 working days. I did not had any need to contact them by phone. I would highly recommend Lunneys and will buy again without hesitation.”
