“wife wanted a hand held dyson £237 compared to £268 from amazon which was next cheapest was not to sure as I had not known or ordered from lunneys before but I must say extremely good service and great product I ordered it about 8pm Monday it arrived about 10 am Wednesday and that was free postage”

“I still haven't had my dyson hoover which I ordered over a week ago. This is because I was out when they tried to deliver 5 days after ordering, but there had been no email or phone call to say when it was coming and this is the part I found to be poor. I am still waiting for it being redelivered”

I will look into why you did not received an email as you would usually get tracking details from ourselves and from Parcelforce with details of your delivery. I have tracked your item and see that it is scheduled for redelivery today. The first attempted delivery was on Thursday, the delay in the redelivery is due to the Easter break. All the best, Craig
