“We bought the Delonghi ESAM4000.b Magnificas Bean to Cup machine about six weeks ago, and the serice from Lunneys was excellent - very quick delivery, good communications. It seems to be very good. It takes a bit to get the coffee strength as you like it, but is worth the effort. The design is neat - looks good and easy to keep clean. It uses more coffee than our old ground coffee Gaggia machine, and emits a variety of noises depending on what it is doing; some are a bit alarming at first, but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. Making coffee is a lot quicker than the old Gaggia, and it is very simple to make a number of cups. The thing to remember is to make all the coffee first, before heating the milk, or there is an enforced wait while the machine cools down before it will make any more coffee. The milk frother is excellent, and this is the single biggest improvement over our former machine. All in all, we are very pleased with it.”

“I ordered Dyson Dc44 hand held with long nozzle, not used a lot but the service provided by lunneys.com is second to none. Although I ordered goods on line, I just wanted to make sure that the Hoover would be with me within 2 to 3 days as a matter of urgency, so I rang the company. The gentleman who answered the call was very polite, reassured me that it would be with me in 3 days and it was. I would recommend this company to any one. Service is excellent and tracking service for the parcel is very good.”
