“I don’t blame Lunneys for the quality of Robert’s product. Box mauled with repeated openings & no remote control. Not ParcelForce delivery as claimed so no tracking but arrived on time. Roberts checked it FoC & replaced the remote. Recording onto USB is possible with a fair wind & the recording is superb when played back on an iMac 27in. Disappointing overall.”

“I was looking to buy a specific kettle in a specific colour. I did a google search and looked for the best price. Lunneys Electrical was in the results and was by far the cheapest with FREE delivery. That surprised me because they are in Ireland and my address is in England. I bought and paid and got very fast confirmation of the order, an email with a VAT receipt attached and tracking detail as soon as the item was shipped. It came via DPD ( In my opinion the best courier service ). Ordered on a Monday 21st and arrived on the Wednesday 23rd in perfect condition. What more could you ask for.
