“I bought a Delonghi Deep Fat Fryer from Lumneys mainly because they were offering a very good price compared to other online retailers. Very easy to order. I received an email confirming the order and another confirming shipment despatch. The product was delivered very promptly in 3 days. The only thing that that was a shame is that there is no ability to have products shipped to a different address than the billing address. This was a present and I would have preferred it to be shipped direct to the recipient. I did send 2 emails with my request to send to a different address, one after order placement and the other when the order was confirmed but I did not receive any reply and it was shipped to the billing address. Otherwise it was a smooth purchasing experience and very good value.”

I was also sent emails to say at what stage in the process my order was ie. Order received, order sent to carrier etc. A very simple, efficient and no fuss service. Thank you”
