“I was a little sceptical when I saw the price that Lunneys were charging for the Dyson V8 Absolute (£429.00 instead of the RRP of £520.00) but the reviews were pretty good and they were a short(ish) car drive away so I knew I could track them down if I needed to. But I needn't have worried. I placed the order about 1pm on the Monday, received an email about 5pm the same day to say that it had been shipped and was being sent by courier on a 48-hour service. Much to my pleasant surprise it arrived the following morning about 12pm, less than 24 hours from the initial order, the courier was very polite and professional and the package was well packaged and in perfect condition. I will DEFINITELY be using this company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Disappointing service from the Banbridge store. I called in to buy a new washing machine but the salesperson (I use that term loosely) was more interested in sitting behind his computer than serving. When he did finally get up he was disinterested in selling me anything, clearly whatever was on his computer screen was more interesting. I left and went to dalzells. Maybe you could send your staff over there for some training!”
