“I ordered 2 Kenwood Chef 5000t, one for my mother (as her 35 year old chef went up in smoke recently) and one for myself. They answered all my questions over the phone to assist my choice and my order arrived within a few days. One Kenwood Chef was faulty. They organised and paid for a courier to collect it from my home and sent a new one by courier a few days later. I was kept up to day by e-mail throughout my order. Very professional service. Will deal again with Lunneys in the future.”
