“My dyson was the best price I could find and it arrived quickly. The reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was that I paid for express delivery ( hoping for it the next day as I had no vacuum) but it arrived on the minimum of the standard delivery time 2 days later.”

“I recently stumbled across Lunneys.com, after going onto a price comparison site and finding the product I was interested in buying was £20 cheaper. So for me it was a done deal. I ordered my iron at a much cheaper price. The product arrived promptly, and I was updated with e.mails throughout, which was also good. The only issue I do have was with the packaging. The outside packaging was fine, but the box of the iron was ripped and torn. It looked like somebody had thrown it about. Fortunately the iron was fine. Good job I was not giving this to somebody for a present. Otherwise I would have returned it. For me when you purchase an item, it is always important that the packaging is intact.”
