“Brilliant service all round would definitely purchase from you again”

“Really pleased with my hoover - after having a DC01 for over 20 years, I was keen to chose the correct model for my needs. When I ordered the hoover online, I was concerned that I was ordering the mark 2 version, as it stated this when I selected it, however as I went through checkout it did not say that it was the mark 2 version. I nearly cancelled and ordered elsewhere because of this. However, as you were £20 cheaper than anywhere else, I stuck with it and bought it with you. I was really pleased with the quick delivery and it was really well packed. I did email you and let you know that I hesitated going through the checkout, however, I have not had any response to my message to you.”

“A genuinely brilliant company and exceptional service... I would not use these sort of words unless I had received service that I did not expect. I used Lunneys Online as they were offering the most competitive price and sometimes when you go with that option you could expect a lower level of service. Not in this case, I ordered a Dyson that stopped working through no fault of Lunneys. I contacted Craig who was brilliant he had the old Dyson off me in less than 4 hours (yes - 4 hours, Parcel Force cam round and took it away within the morning) and I had a new Dyson delivered in less than 2 working days! Exceptional service for the most competitive of price. I doubt I'll shop anywhere else for electrical items. Thank you Craig and Lunneys!”
