“I ordered a Dyson AM09 hot & cool fan. It was delivered very quickly and delivery was free. Within seconds of me placing the order for the fan online, I received an automated confirmation of my order via email. Thereafter, Craig at Lunneys kept me informed of the delivery times for my fan also by email. I bought the fan after reading reviews saying it was very good. I can confirm this as I live in an old stone fronted house and the living room is always cold at this time of year. Since using the fan the room is always warm in the evenings when I switch it on. It has a built in thermostat that turns it on and off at the temperature that you select that is displayed on the fan. The fan is remotely controlled by a small remote control that is included. Therefore I am very pleased with the fan and the service I received from Lunneys .”

“The order was despatched quickly and I was informed by email. Unfortunately it was sent via ParcelForce, they have to be the least customer friendly courier currently operating. They tried to deliver twice, no notification from them that they were going to deliver, unlike other organisations they notify you before hand and give you alternatvies should you not be home. Tried to re arrange delivery for Saturday, don't deliver weekends! I had to go and collect it, a 44 mile round trip. When I unpacked the fire it had been damaged in transit, I am now having to take a day off work so it can be collected. I have no issue with Lunneys in all this, they have been fine. But I would not order from them again based on the fact they use ParcelForce which are just so uncustomer friendly.”
