“I recently ordered a Dyson vacuum from Lunneys. Not normally buying things on line, I was a unsure about delivery/transit damage, payment security etc. However, having ordered my product on Sunday (the day they were closed!) I emailed Craig the following day, to make sure my order had been received. He replied very promptly and reassured me that they make deliveries all over the UK on a regular basis. He told that the item had been collected by Parcelforce on Monday (very impressive) and the item was delivered by Wednesday a.m. so from ordering on a day they were closed, to delivering, it took less than 2 days. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the company and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Craig for your reassurance and excellent delivery service.”

“I do not normally give a five star rating to anyone, but I cannot find even the slightest fault in my recent purchase from Lunneys Electrical. The Dyson I bought was cheaper here than anywhere else (as far as I could see at least), and the on-line procedure was quick and easy. The package arrived, as promised, by Parcel Post and within two working days.”
