“I find the machine very heavy to use - My original upright Dyson was more manoevreable and easier to lift where necessary. I liked the fact that the ball enabled me to clen up to the skirting boards. on the down side I found the pictorial assembly and usage instructions difficult - for me words rather than pictures would be better - am I dyspratic? Probably. If you have English written instructions available, I would be pleased to have them”
