“I ordered a Cinetic Big Ball Dyson from Lunneys having looked elsewhere (amazon, john lewis etc). The price was significantly better (315 compared to over 500 elsewhere). The delivery service was excellent, it came Parcel Force 48, and with a tracking reference that I could use to keep in touch. Ordered it on 7th Aug, and it turned up as expected on 9th Aug. The Product itself is excellent thus far, took about 10 mins to assemble it, and now its working. Picked up a lot of fluff from the carpet that the previous DC25 had left behind. Also the long wand and small add-on head meant I could reach to the top of my stairs with the main unit left at the bottom.”

“Very happy with the product range and pricing. Cheapest Dyson Motor-head handheld hoover I could find anywhere on the web. Only downside is they will only deliver to billing address. Very inconvenient as my closest post office is a half hour drive away. I shop online because its convenient. Having to drive to the post office is not. Would highly recommend the products and prices but will not use again unless they can offer more flexibility on deliveries. Just have to weigh up the cost saving against a trip to the post office.”
