“I ordered a dyson hoover and I can't fault the service provided. The item was package and despatched within a few days. Craig kept me updated at every step. Its a shame parcel Force let them down by not delivering my item until yesterday, even though the item was placed on a 48hr delivery service. I would definately reccomend Lunneys and would almost certainly shop here again.”

“Confirmation emails kept me up to date. The item did take a week to arrive as they tried to deliver it twice whilst I was at work, so I had to wait over the weekend and they eventually delivered it to my work address on the Monday. Might be useful to text with an estimated delivery time, then they would not have had 2 wasted journeys. This is an issue with the delivery company, not Lunneys. Packaged well, With thanks”
